1. How do I join Lobahn Connect™?

It's easy. Visit our website, click on "Join", and follow the simple instructions.

2. Why should I join Lobahn Connect™?

Lobahn Connect™ Members are notified effortlessly on a weekly basis of top career openings tailored to their skill set and career aspirations according to their own preferences as specified in their Member Profile. Top employers post their best position openings on Lobahn Connect™ to access our network's pool of highly talented individuals. When a positive match occurs for both sides, the parties connect with just one click. It's fast, clean and professional.

3. Can anyone join Lobahn Connect™?

Lobahn Connect™ is a Members Only network for high-potential professionals resident in Hong Kong, Macau and Shenzhen. Individuals earning less than HK$35K per month are unlikely to be suitable for inclusion in the Lobahn Connect™ network.

4. What kinds of positions are listed on Lobahn Connect™?

The Lobahn Connect™ network accepts listings for full-time positions located in Hong Kong, Macau & Shenzhen that pay between HK$40,000 and HK$200,000 per month, with similar pay ranges for part-time and freelance opportunities.

5. What does it cost to join Lobahn Connect™?

An Individual Membership costs just HK$95 for the first year. Corporate Memberships start as low as HK$1,295 for 90 days.

6. How does Lobahn Connect™ work?

When Corporate Members post career opportunities on the network, Lobahn Connect's™ algorithms analyze the compatibility of every position opening with the skills and aspirations of our entire individual membership pool. If a Jobstream Suitability Ratio™ of 80% or higher is achieved, the Individual Member is notified and the parties connect with just one click.

7. What is a JSR™ Score?

JSR™ is short for JobStream Suitability Ratio™. The JSR™ Score is produced by algorithms that measure the compatibility of an Individual Member’s career aspirations, background & skills with each Position Listing’s responsibilities and candidate requirements. JSR™ results are reported on a scale of 0-100%. A JSR™ Score of 80% is considered a good match.

8. Can I invite guests to Lobahn Connect™ events?

Members are welcome and encouraged to bring a friend or colleague along to any Lobahn Connect™ event to which they have been invited.

9. I have submitted my profile data. What's next?

After you have completed your profile data, we do the rest. Every career opportunity posted by our Corporate Members is compared against your profile. When a position listing and your profile achieve a JSR™ Score of 80% or more, we will notify you on a weekly basis. If you like an opportunity, just click "Connect" and your profile & CV will be sent to the Corporate Member for their action.

10. How do I optimize my profile to get better matches?

The more profile data you give us, the better our algorithms work to find career opportunities that match precisely your desires. Go to your Member Dashboard and make sure you've completed all the data fields to ensure you're getting the most value out of your Lobahn Connect™ membership.

11. How do I create or post my CV on Lobahn Connect?

Creating and posting your profile & CV on the Lobahn Connect™ network is easy. As part of joining you upload a copy of your CV. After joining, just complete the matching fields asking about the functions, industries and target salary you're interested in, plus your background data on topics such as language skills, education level & software knowledge. When your profile is complete, we'll begin matching you to position listings posted by Corporate Members.

12. Who has access to my data?

It's up to you. You may choose to share your Lobahn Profile and CV with Corporate Members on a case-by-case basis, or you may set your privacy setting to Auto Connect, in which case your Lobahn Profile and CV is sent automatically to Corporate Members whose position listings generate a JSR™ Score of 80% or more for you. At Lobahn, only our duly authorized staff are permitted to access Users’ personal information and data. Please see our Privacy Statement for more information.

13. I have not been connected to any career openings. What should I do?

Keep in mind that the Lobahn Connect™ network is about quality, not quantity. Our network is designed to provide you with highly relevant career opportunities only. You may go several weeks without a suitable opportunity arising.Go to Your Profile in your Member Dashboard and be sure you have completed all of the profile questions and that you have set a target salary that is realistic in light of your background & experience. 14. How do I search for opportunities on Lobahn Connect™?

Lobahn Connect™ is not a searchable data base. Instead, we deliver well-matched career opportunities and well-matched profiles to our Members based on algorithmic-derived JSR™ Scores.

15. How do I change my password?

Go to your Member Dashboard. Your password is right there. You can change it anytime.

16. I have a Lobahn Connect™ account but cannot log in. What should I do?

17. How do I unsubscribe my membership?

Go to your Member Dashboard and click "unsubscribe".

18. What documents are needed to verify my Lobahn Connect™ account?

The easiest way for us to verify that you are an authorized representative of a bona fide employer is for you to provide us with a copy of your company's valid HK business registration (BR) or Certificate of Incorporation (CI). We will also accept alternative documentation of your company's bona fides, but that may delay your Corporate Membership application.

19. How do I know if my Lobahn Connect™ account is verified?

We will notify you by email within 24 hours when your Corporate Membership has been approved and your account has been activated.

20. Can I post position listings while my Lobahn Connect™ registration is still being verified?

You are welcome to submit your position listings during the verification process. Your position listings will be posted as soon as your Corporate Membership has been approved.

21. I have not been receiving any Member profiles. What should I do?

Keep in mind that the Lobahn Connect™ network is about quality, not quantity. Our network is designed to provide you with the most relevant candidates only. Go to your Member Dashboard and be sure you have completed all of the matching factor questions for your position listing and that you have set a realistic target salary range for the position. Bear in mind that Individual Members who see your position listing must sufficiently interested in the role to click "connect" to send their profile to you. 22. Can I edit or change my position listing after I have posted it?

Sure. Simply go to the Position Listings section of your Employer Dashboard and make any changes you wish.

23. What can I do with Member profiles I want to keep for future reference?

In your Employer Dashboard there is a feature called "Vault". You can store Member profiles there.

24. Can I change the corporate contact on my account?

Sure, although each time the individual contact of a Corporate Membership is changed, we need to verify that the new person is an authorized representative of the company. It might be easier for you to enroll one or two of your team members as Corporate Members on a yearly basis instead.

25. How do I unsubscribe my membership?

Go to your Employer Dashboard and click "unsubscribe".

26. What payment modes are available for membership purchase?
